 Once again this year we will be out in the neighborhoods taking pictures of homes in order to update our files.  By law, our property

folder is supposed to contain a photo of the improvements on your property.  So, if you see a car driving slowly down the street and

someone is taking a picture of your property, it will probably be me.  I will be in a marked St. Joseph Charter Township vehicle, and

I will have identification.
